Plantings<br>Property was planted to Golden Hills budded pistachios on UCB-1 Rootstock in March of 2020. The trees were planted at 19 x 15' spacing which equates to 154 trees per acre. This additional planting density should provide to the buyer potential additional nut production and enhanced income during the life of the ranch.<br><br>During pre-planting process, Seller did deep rip the property 6' deep and amended the soil with Gypsum, Sulfur and compost.
